Why is it so expensive? In other stores a similar build looks 50–100k cheaper.
You are paying not just for “boxes of parts”, but for a finished product and service. We use only top‑tier components (ASUS, MSI and others), do professional cable management, tuning and stress‑testing. If any component fails, it is our responsibility to fix it — not your headache with multiple service centers.

The PC is expensive, I can’t pay the full amount at once. Do you offer interest‑free installments?
Yes. We offer 0‑0‑12 installment plans via partner banks and “split into 4 payments” options. For longer terms there are classic credit programs where you can submit applications to several banks and choose the best offer.

Can I lease a PC for my company to optimize costs?
Yes, we work with leasing partners. Payments can be treated as business expenses and VAT can be reclaimed, allowing you to refresh your fleet of PCs without freezing working capital.

Can I buy a PC on credit or in installments online?
Yes. Individuals can use interest‑free installments and classic loans from major banks. The application is filled out directly on our website in a few minutes, the bank makes a decision online and we immediately start assembling your PC.

Which brands do you use inside? Will you put in the cheapest version of a graphics card?
Absolutely not. We are official partners of ASUS, MSI, Kingston and other top brands. In the configurator you see the exact model of every part. We never use used parts, cheap OEM batches or components pulled from mining rigs.

Will it sound like a vacuum cleaner? Powerful hardware tends to get hot.
We manually tune fan curves in BIOS for each PC. At idle the system is almost silent; under load you mainly hear smooth airflow. For maximum silence you can choose a custom liquid‑cooling setup.

What components do you use? Are they well‑known brands?
We work only with official partners of tier‑1 manufacturers: ASUS, MSI, Palit, Kingston, Samsung and others. We never use no‑name OEM components of dubious origin — you always know the exact model of every part in your PC in advance.

Are the components new or refurbished?
All components are brand new. We purchase hardware directly from official distributors. When you receive your PC, you get the full set of documents and, if you wish, the original boxes for all parts.

How do you test the PC before shipping?
Each PC goes through multi‑stage testing: CPU and GPU stress tests, memory checks and long gaming sessions. We monitor temperatures and stability to eliminate even minor factory defects.

Can I upgrade the PC myself later?
Yes. Our builds have headroom in power supply and cooling, free RAM and storage slots and spacious ATX cases — they are structurally prepared for future upgrades.

If I open the case (to clean dust or add a drive), will this void the warranty?
No. We do not use warranty seals — the PC is your property. You can clean it and upgrade it. The warranty is void only in case of clear physical damage caused by misuse (for example, a broken connector or chipped PCB).

I don’t live in Moscow. Won’t the glass or GPU be damaged during shipping?
The risk is minimal. We use a wooden crate on the outside and a custom foam insert inside the case to secure all components. The shipment is insured for 100% of its value. If anything arrives damaged, we quickly send you a replacement PC and then resolve the issue with the carrier ourselves.

Is it safe to ship a PC with liquid cooling and tempered glass to other cities?
Yes. 1) Inside the case we install a protective foam “cocoon” that fixes all components. 2) The PC is packed in a reinforced branded box with damping materials. 3) Outside we use a rigid wooden crate. This packaging protects both the glass and the liquid‑cooling loop.

Which regions do you deliver PCs to?
We ship PCs across Russia and to a number of neighboring countries. Delivery can be arranged either to the carrier’s terminal or directly to your door, depending on your city.

How much will delivery cost?
Typically delivery costs from 3% to 7% of the order value, depending on region and carrier. The exact amount is calculated by the manager when placing the order — you will see the final cost before payment.

Who is responsible if something happens to the PC in transit?
HYPERPC is responsible for the safety of your order along the entire route. In case of force majeure, we promptly replace the equipment at our own expense. Delivery dates and a convenient day are agreed with you in advance by the manager.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes from 3 to 14 days depending on the region and the chosen carrier. When placing the order we provide approximate dates and a tracking number.

In 3 years the PC will be outdated. Will I have to throw it away and buy a new one?
No. You can selectively upgrade key components — GPU, CPU, RAM or storage. Our experts will suggest upgrade options for your tasks, and you can also use our Trade‑In program: we evaluate your old parts at market value and apply it toward the purchase of new ones.

Why do I need an “Extended warranty”? Isn’t it just a money grab?
The extended warranty is like regular maintenance for a car. It includes yearly professional cleaning, thermal paste replacement, priority support and free logistics (courier pick‑up and return of the PC). This extends the system’s lifespan and keeps it quiet and stable.

Can you make a PC with a unique design, for example with artwork or a logo?
Yes, we offer professional vinyl graphics and direct UV printing on the case. You can send any image — game artwork, a company logo or abstract design — and our designer will adapt it to your chassis and prepare a unique one‑off visual.

Do you offer personalized engraving?
Yes. We can apply laser engraving to glass panels or metal parts of the case. It can be your nickname, team logo, greeting or memorable date — this makes the PC truly personal.

What are custom cables and why are they needed?
Instead of standard black wires we use sleeved cables in fabric braid in colors that match your build. They are fixed with special combs, creating clean, parallel lines inside the case.

Can I choose the color of the liquid for custom water‑cooling?
Yes. We use special coolants — from clear to bright UV‑active colors that glow under ultraviolet light. We’ll pick a color to match the overall concept of your PC.

Does customization affect the warranty?
No. All painting, printing and modding work is done by our engineers in line with technical regulations. The warranty on the PC and all its components remains fully valid.
