About the Project
The project was conceived as a tribute to Japanese mythology, samurai aesthetics, and the legend of “百鬼夜行” (Night Parade of One Hundred Demons). The HYPERPC team developed the entire design language, approved every detail, and built a stunning custom system that transforms the case into an intricate diorama.
Aesthetics and Design: Mythology Brought to Life
Every element of this exclusive system reveals new details that can be admired for hours. This is more than a machine—it is a portal to feudal Japan.
- The Art of Airbrushing. The LIAN LI O11 VISION COMPACT case panels were hand-painted by our artists. Rich, professional airbrushing sets a mystical red-and-black tone for the entire project, uniting metal and glass into a single canvas.
- 3D Modeling and Printing. Especially for this project, we designed and produced unique decorative elements—Oni demon and samurai figures—using high-precision 3D printers.
- Diorama Integration. The centerpiece is a samurai figure in traditional armor positioned directly above the graphics card. Detailed demon masks blend seamlessly into the system’s architecture, as if guarding the hardware against every threat.
“The greatest challenge was maintaining the right balance. We did not want the diorama elements to interfere with system maintenance or disrupt airflow. Every detail, from the samurai to the lanterns, was secured with magnets so the computer would remain not only beautiful but fully functional.”
Engineering Solutions and Cooling
To ensure the technical components remained consistent with the overall concept, we developed a sophisticated and exceptionally efficient liquid-cooling loop:
- Custom Loop. The rigid acrylic tubing follows perfectly straight lines. It flows around the diorama elements to create a layered sense of depth.
- Dragon’s Blood. The system is filled with premium EK-CryoFuel Red coolant. Its rich blood-red color perfectly accentuates the bold mythological styling.
- Uncompromising Heat Dissipation. Two massive 360 mm radiators cool the liquid. Wireless Lian Li fans provide airflow, preserving the project’s flawless minimalism and clean-look concept.
- Cable Management. The bespoke premium cable routing makes the wires visually blend into the platform’s overall backdrop without distracting from the centerpiece.
