The RTX 4070 Ti slightly outperforms the newer model in most work-related tasks. However, there are two exceptions:

Video processing. All new-generation accelerators feature updated encoders and decoders, improving video processing speed, preview smoothness, and encoding quality in AV1 and HEVC formats.
FP4 and INT4 number formats. AI operations using FP4 and INT4 number formats will run twice as fast on new-generation GPUs.
