Memory is the key to avoiding stutter
Tarkov keeps the state of a large location and all of its interactive content in memory throughout a raid. Insufficient memory does not primarily reduce average FPS; it causes stutter and loading pauses, especially in the second half of a raid and in dense urban areas.

The processor matters more than the graphics card
