  • Where should I go if I encounter a problem with my computer?
    Our hotline is available for our customers at +971 4 526 3600, where you’ll receive expert consultation from our specialists. The line is open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM. You can also contact us via email, messengers, and social media — we’re always here to help!
  • What is the warranty for HYPERPC computers?
    The warranty for HYPERPC computers ranges from 1 to 3 years, depending on the service package you choose. The standard warranty is 1 year, but you can opt for the Optimal, Premium, or Exclusive package, which extends the warranty period and provides additional benefits.
  • How do I deliver my computer to the service center?
    If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we offer several options:
    • Pick-up of your PC by a HYPERPC courier or transport company — at our expense under the logistics package or at the delivery rate if the package has expired;
    • You can personally bring your PC to one of our service centers.
  • What if I live in another city and something happens to my computer?
    The chances of issues are minimal. Every HYPERPC undergoes 8-hour stress testing before shipping, and the likelihood of malfunctions is less than 1%. However, if something happens, you can always contact us in any convenient way. We’ll provide remote diagnostics and assistance, and if necessary, direct you to one of our authorized service centers.
  • Why do I need HYPERPC service packages? What packages are available, and how do I choose?
    HYPERPC service packages provide additional warranties, expedited service, and exclusive privileges. We offer the following packages:
    • Base — included for free and provides replacement of components within 45 days and standard service conditions;
    • Optimal — replacement of components within 14 days, expedited service with a response to requests within 5 hours, and software support (2 consultations);
    • Premium — replacement of components within 10 days, response to requests within 3 hours, up to 4 software consultations;
    • Exclusive — replacement of components within 5 days, response to requests within 1 hour, and a substitute computer for clients in Dubai.
    Each package also offers discounts on upgrading your computer. If you want the fastest service and additional bonuses, consider one of the advanced packages. Our managers will help you choose the best package for you.
