Remote design
We prepare the finish, lighting and cooling layout, then agree the colour by code and refine the design remotely.
Approval
The sketch, scope, price and lead time are approved in writing before any custom work begins.
Build and shipping
We build and test the system, pack painted panels separately, and add internal bracing for the graphics card and radiator.

Three levels of work differ not only in price, but also in how deeply the machine is transformed.
Three levels of work
- Finish. Case colour matched to a RAL code or to automotive paint, painted panels, custom cables, a lighting scheme designed for the room rather than set to default. The result reads as one object instead of a collection of parts from different vendors.
- Artwork. Airbrush work to a sketch, engraving, printed panels. This level adds an approval stage: the sketch is signed off before any work starts, which is the only reliable way to get a result that matches the expectation.
- Engineering. A custom cooling loop with designed routing, non standard component placement, case modification. This is not only appearance: a properly designed loop runs quieter and cooler than any off the shelf system, which matters in a climate where ambient indoor temperature is high year round.
How an order works from the UAE
Everything before assembly happens remotely: references, sketch, colour approval by code, layout drawings. Build time is the standard lead time plus two days to two weeks for the finish work. Painted panels are packed separately, and the machine ships with internal bracing for the graphics card and radiator.
What to prepare before the first conversation
A reference: a colour code, a photograph of the room, a sketch, or a link to a build you like. A clear reference removes most of the approval iterations, and it is the difference between two weeks and four.
Custom work does not shorten the warranty: three years on the complete system, including painted panels and the cooling loop. This matters because third party modification normally voids the warranty on the case and on the components involved.
Frequently asked questions about custom design.
- How much does custom design cost? It depends on scope. Engraving and custom cables add a modest amount; full paint with airbrush work is a separate job comparable in cost to a major component. A firm figure follows sketch approval.
- Can you match a colour from a photograph? Approximately. Exact matching needs a RAL code or a physical sample, because screens reproduce colour differently.
- How long does it take? From two days for engraving and cables to two weeks for paint with artwork, on top of the standard build time.
- Does the warranty still apply? Yes, three years on the complete system, including customised elements.
- Can you apply a company logo or a licensed image? A company logo with proof of ownership, yes. Copyrighted characters and images only when you hold the rights to use them.
- What if the result does not match what I expected? The sketch is approved in writing before work begins and progress photographs are sent during painting. Work starts only after written approval.
