Unique Custom Water-Cooled PC in a Phanteks NV9 Case

About the Project

The client came to us to commission a CONCEPT: a PC with a custom liquid-cooling loop on rigid acrylic tubing and bespoke cable management. He selected and brought the components himself, and he worked alongside our engineers on the loop design.
  • Key requirement: a custom rigid-tubing loop, fully water-cooled, with carefully aligned coolant runs.
  • Special conditions: the client supplied his own components, chose the coolant colour, and signed off on the placement of every loop fitting so the system would match his original idea.
  • Project chassis: a panoramic Phanteks NV9 with a premium kit, where the loop is visible from both sides.

Selection Process and Solution

Rigid tubing does not forgive approximation: every segment is bent and cut in place, and parallel runs must sit in a dead-straight line. In a panoramic case this is visible from every angle, so the loop geometry is the design.

  • Colour as the composition base. The client chose blue, and no other hue entered the system: the coolant, CPU water block, reservoir, chassis light lines, and fan rings all work in the same colour.
  • Graphics card on water. The Alphacool water block removes the stock cooler from the RTX 5090: the hottest part moves onto the liquid, and the freed space opens up the view of the loop.

Cable Management as Part of the Design

Every cable follows its own route, lengths are cut to the exact connection points, and the runs sit parallel without crossing. Bespoke cable management, blue coolant, and loop lighting work together with the telemetry display on the top panel.

The Result

The client received a system he designed with us: flagship hardware fully on water, a blue rigid-tubing loop, and ten fans that stay well below their limit. CPU and GPU load and temperatures are shown on the top-panel display, so the loop can be monitored without opening any utilities.

This computer exists in a single copy: the colour, coolant routing, and the path of every cable were chosen for one specific person.
